Great tracker for the price
My other fitness tracker fitxxx Charge broke, so I decided to get this tracker based on the same functionalities. Here’s what I like about it:- Heart Rate Monitor- SMS & Call alerts- No charging cord needed. You can plug to your USB port on your laptop or just about any USB port- Water proof, but would not submerge in water- Step counter. I thought it was pretty accurate based on my one mile run and it registered 2,268 stepsWhat I thought was meh or could improve:- Sleep tracker. I’m use to apps like Sleepio, so I’m a little snooty when it comes to tracking sleep. Also, I’m not a big fan of having something around my wrist when I sleep. That’s just me.- Hear monitor. I thought it was just okay and like blood pressure measurements, it could be off at times.Overall, this is one of top fitness tracker at the $30 price point in my opinion. It has just about all the bells and whistles you need of that an expensive tracker plus more.

Broke under two months but customer service helped me out
*****EDIT*****After speaking with their very friendly customer service they have worked with me to help resolve my disappointment. The company is very kind and helps their customers out who are having issues. Have uped the rating just due to that alone.*******So after having this tracker for less than two months it has completely gone haywire on me. Never showered with it so it has nothing to do with water, kept it charged when needed and it still broke on me. Now it goes off on it's own without touching the screen. Even with the settings set to go off only when touched. Sometimes it won't turn on at all. When it does, it goes through all the programs and randomly starts hikes or runs without the command. It doesnt track steps correctly as I wore it and a fitbit on my other wrist. It counts two steps instead of one. It does not properly record sleep as it thinks just sitting on the couch watching a movie is light sleep.

Doesn't work as advertised
Update: The sleep tracker has suddenly started working, so now everything I wanted in the watch is working. Pretty pleased with it, now. Also, it hasn't had any more sudden moments of turning itself off. In fact, the battery charge is really lasting a long time. I increased my star rating to four...still one ding for a not comprehensive enough manual. For the price, I would actually recommend it, however. It's helping me track what I need, and is reasonably priced. Also, kudos to the company for reaching out to see if they could fix the errors. I'm impressed with their customer service, even though it turns out the tracker fixed itself.Former Review:I just received my tracker a couple days ago and tried it out. I bought it for mainly two purposes: heart rate tracking and sleep tracking. The heart rate tracking seems to work. The sleep tracking doesn't do anything at all. Supposedly, it's automatic, but I've had it on for two nights, and it shows "no data." There is no way to tell the app to start tracking for sleep. I've read that it supposedly auto-tracks between certain times, but nope. According to the data, in fact, I supposedly haven't slept for two days! The manual is also completely unhelpful as far as telling you how to do something. Even the writing of the manual doesn't sound correct. (Guessing it was written by a non-English speaker, and never proofread.) Also, there's no way to turn the tracker on or off, except by removing it from the wrist. Even then, it's still on. Mine turned itself off, long before the battery should have gone, and I had to put it briefly on the charger just to get it to turn back on. It did NOT need charging, I checked that, it just...was off.

Affordable Entry Level Fitness Tracker
Wanted to try a fitness tracker before spending a bunch on a potentially more robust version. I'm still trying to figure out the application, some more instruction on that would be useful as I can't find a history of my workouts. The application in general provides only simple information: steps, calories, sleep stages, etc.The band is comfortable enough to wear all day but I do worry about the long term durability of the tracker. I already have a couple scratches on the surface and the charging band is... different. The whole band pulls apart to reveal the USB connection which feels like a potential break hazard.Nothing to really complain about for under $30 though.

Unable to charge item
I have tried several hours for three days to get this item charged. I've used 2 different adapters & 3 outlet locations - none of which work. I spent time with a representative on Sunday 12/29 explaining the problem. They attempted various methods trying to make the charge work. At this point I no longer want the product & want to return it. Amazon is not letting me return or replace it. Extemely unhappy with not being able to resolve this issue & no help forthcoming from Amazon so now I have a defective item & unable to get a refund. Negatives to both Amazon & product. I am unable to make 30 mi round trip to Amazon drop off location & was offered no other suggestion.

Step Count Not Accurate & Can't See Watch in Daylight
The good: 1) The aesthetic of the watch/tracker is nice, and I had no trouble with setup or charging. 2) The app (Runmifit) works well on my iPhone 8, and the device pairs without any problems. 3) I like that it offers the option to turn on phone notifications, and the notifications work well. 4) Syncs with the Apple Health app so I can get steps for my Harry Potter game. The bad: 1) The step count is WAY too generous. I get thousands more steps a day than I should. It gives me steps while I'm driving, and it gives me an abundance of steps when I'm walking my dogs (probably because my hand is shaking more than a typical walk.) Cooking & doing the dishes also gives me steps. I even wake up in the morning with about 100 steps. 2) You absolutely cannot read the face of the watch/tracker in bright daylight. When I walk during the daytime, I cannot tell what time it is without ducking into the shade and using my hand to shield the light. This is a huge disappointment for me, and kind of defeats the purpose of ordering this tracker versus one that doesn't have the time option.Overall, I would not purchase this tracker again. The positives don't outweigh the negatives.
