Badly designed.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews but aspects of the design need to be addressed. The plastic parts don’t fit into the metal rim firmly. They would need cut-outs at the back to accommodate the horizontal rods connecting the rim to the sucker. Without these, the plastic parts don’t even lie flat as they are pushed up by these rods.. (I was misled by a review that said that they clipped in. They don’t!).I installed the soapdish 4 feet above the shower tray. away from the flow. But, as there is no drainage from the lower dish, it fills with water from the inevitable misty spray of the shower, so the soap is wet. I removed the lower dish, which solved the drainage problem, but the slots in the upper tray are roughly cut out (not smoothly moulded) so the soap sticks to them; it has to be removed with this tray to prise them apart. Really, the slots need to be shaped so that the dish has minimal contact with the soap bar.If there is a plus side it is that the sucker seems to be working well. I would return it but I am in three months self-isolation and I don’t want the hassle. I should have got one with a metal, chromium-plated, soap tray - that type doesn’t stick to the soap, and this would be my advice.

Don't know how it works but it does!
I have brick style tiles in my kitchen so I wasn't sure this would work, but it has! You just assembled the 3 or 4 bits which takes a few seconds, then press the suction pad to the tile and tighten the knob, and you're good to go!I use quite a large bar of soap (Simple soap) and it fits fine. Any water after use is collected in the tray through slats so my soap has stayed hard. It feels a bit flimsy if I simply rub the bar of soap instead of picking it up, but otherwise its great. The suction pad isn't sticky but it hasn't shown any signs of falling off.I would definitely recommend.

Easy to fit and so far so good - but is perhaps worth inverting fitting
We have fitted our soap dish on to perfectly flat tiles, which were cleaned with isopropanol (rubbing alcohol) beforehand. This was done two days ago and the fitting seems very sturdy and strong. However beware that the locking knob is made of plastic, so - although it should be screwed tight, I would suggest it is not overtightened otherwise it may crack. The only criticism on the actual dish is how the dish holder fits onto the mounting. It sits loose and is prone to tipping forwards at a slight angle meaning the soap slides to the front of the dish. To overcome this we have inverted the holder so the dish is sitting above the locking knob. This seems fine and a lot more level. Some thin shims fitted between the soap dish holder and mounting may also overcome the problem. Minor criticisms, but we are so far pleased with the product.

Will not stay stuck to porcelain tile!
This soap looked as if it would be perfect - strdy and stylish. However, after following directions for attaching to clean, non porous porcelain tile, it fell off in the midfle of the nignt, a few hours later.I've made repeated attempts to attach it, and it simply will not stay stuck! I would like a refund.

Sloppy manufacture
The system is good. The supplier is good. No problems with either. But....The sucker is too big/the cover too small. There is a gap between the cover and the tiles. The soap dish is too big for the frame and doesn't sit snuggly to it. Slips and slides all over the place.Good product spoilt by poor manufacture/ lack of attention to detail. Adequate, but I wouldn't recommend it.
