Don't make the "serving size" of 1/2 cup unless you are a big eater!
The recommended serving size is twice what I've been using, and it works out very well, although I add some fruit and other healthy ingredients like small amounts of goji berries, hemp seed, chia, and psyllium. I also like to flavor it sometimes with vanilla extract and add some orange juice or orange extract or other orange item for an orange-vanilla creme treat in the morning. If it's too thick I just keep adding extra hot water or coconut almond milk and enjoy it at the consistency I prefer. I'm very happy with this product. Make it YOUR way!

This is quinoa. Tastes like quinoa. Weird at first but now I love it!
First time I tried it I didn’t like the flavor. I think i was just expecting something sweeter or more similar to oatmeal. This is quinoa haha it tastes like quinoa. So it is a more savory breakfast option. I make the 1/2 cup serving with only 3/4-1 cup of water. That is more than enough otherwise it is so sloshy and watery! I add 1TBS blackstrap molasses for the iron calcium and potassium. Now I love this for breakfast. But it does take some getting used to.
