I have been using a dual over the ear headset as a customer service representative for 7 years. I could never handle both ears being covered, so one ear piece I placed behind my ear on one side. It was tiresome and my ears would get sore. I promoted to a technical support team 1 year ago and only needed a headset at random times for random periods of time. The headset was even more uncomfortable because I was using it less. During meetings on Teams, I noticed a couple Leads were not using headsets. My Lead was one. I asked her what she was using that she didn't have a headset. I had no idea this was a tool we were allowed to use on our secure system. So! I ordered the Jabra speaker. I was afraid to connect it but did anyway. The first time setting it up, it worked great in Teams but using the phone system I could hear the caller but they couldn't hear me. Not understanding how to fix it, I disconnected it for a couple days.I went back in a few days and tried it again. I made some adjustments and Success! I use it daily for phone conversations with members, during one on one Team conversations, large Teams video meetings, and listening to call recordings from incoming customers for monitoring quality. The sound is crystal clear and I love the freedom of not having to wear an annoying apparatus on my head any longer! Jabra is a known brand and I chose this because of that and our company has used the Jabra brand as well. I have been using this for 5 months, 5 days a week, and up to 10 hours a day. I have it plugged into a power source, so do not have an observation on battery life. There has never been an issue with Bluetooth connectivity. All I had to do was plug it in and it was ready to go (beyond the earlier minor adjustment to our company connection). I completely recommend this speaker!

I'm in Amazon today writing a review and I see I never did one for this product. I've been so pleased with it I wanted to take minute and share. I bought this over 2 years ago, for my home office. They've worked exactly as described, every day, starting at day one. While I watch others struggle with their audio connections (and some also call with their phone for Zoon or Teams) my audio have never flinched, nor been a problem. I bought it because they came highly recommended by a co-worker, and now I highly recommend it! If you're looking for a sweet home office set up with something that simplifies the Zoom/Teams/Phone conference experience, this is the ticket!

I bought these working at home and in the office. We absolutely love them! They connect supper easy and people from about 10 ft away can be heard!

I've been using these devices for over 12 years, and they work exceptionally well for web conferencing/Teams/Zoom. I bought this one for my wife, who does a lot of Zoom conferencing also; she's very pleased with it.

I switched to using this exclusively for all of my meetings that I have during the day. The sound is phenomenal and the quality is spot on. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
