I have a lock for it and need to kmow the size of the pin hole.** A: If you have a lock for that pin hole, it would sure be a tiny lock. Don't know exactly, but the cotter pin for that hole is probably no more than 1/8" inch. These pins are not designed for a 'lock'. I'd guess that a pair of wire cutters would snip any lock small enough to fit that hole.
