I'm using this for my vmsphere EXSi 7.0 home lab. My box is an old Dell Optiplex 790 MT (i7 gen2, 16GB RAM). I needed more nic ports. This card fit the bill. It was immediately recognized by vmsphere. No need to install any additional drivers. I tested all of the ports for connectivity. I'd say this card for my purpose is a success!

I didn't even realize that it says these are 1.25G; I was just looking for a dual-port intel NIC that was compatible with Linux and proxmox. It has been flawless, but now I need to see about moving it to my workstation, LOL. Considering buying a second one...

This is not a INTEL I210 T1 Ethernet adapter model, When you install it only shows as a I210 and a lower Windows 10 version. It suppose to be Intel® I210-T1 in WIN10 PC: 12.15.184.0 or later.

Been using 4 port Ethernet cards for many years for test fixtures. Lately, have been having driver issues with older MAC PHYs under Windows 10. This card uses the Intel 82580 MAC PHY which worked just fine with Windows 10.

Got this for my ESX 6.5 host to connect to a QNAP NAS with 10GB FC. Works great, fast speeds and compatibility with ESX is exactly what I was looking for.

Very easy to install and get running on both pfsense and proxmox.
