I could never use
I took this product out of the box and it never worked, the store probably didn't try it before, it arrived without a charge, when plugged in it was never able to charge.Then when the store found out, it helped me all the time, worrying about my satisfaction, Amazon reimbursed me for the failure and then the store's service center contacted me and sent me another product, which works perfectly and serves the use I wanted.

I can't get it to change

the Unit will not take a charge
I bought this unit last year 2023 and fully charged it, Yesterday I took it out to check the charge ( stored in My Toyota Tundra) I tried the light first and it would not go on. I then just thought it needed to be charged, but it would not take a charge. Left it on for 5 hours thinking it would charge up , but NOTHING!! I need help from the service department which has received high marks! where can I send it for replacement or refund.AGAIN this unit has never been used other than the initial charging last May 2023. Unit 2500A 24000 mah Purchased through Amazon

Awesome service
The unit died after a couple of uses. I had to spend some time to find the seller's contact information, but once I e-mailed them, they promptly replied and replaced the unit within one day. They were courteous along the way. Awesome, awesome service! This is how every company should stand behind their product.

Update Customer: they reached out to me
Worked only once and then died tried to charge it but it wont hold.after post this they contacted me and sent me a replacement 100% took careof the problem I would always recommend them for the top notch service that was provided in helping me resolve this. Thank you!
