Why It's not the book that everyone should read atleat once in a life time.I wish i can read it in my school days but this is for all the students who are always to learn something.This is for all age persons, who always on the urge of learning something valuable.This will definitely inspire the feeling of learning or effective learning in fact.This is so inspirational that i read it in a day!!!.By reading this book,you can better understand the hidden facts of your body.This explain about our body,brain and how learning begins and many more things like that.This is very practical and motivational.If u want to rediscover your love for knowledge and learning,you should or must read this book.Enjoy the journey May be of your own

Amazing ! Must read and implement!
What I love about the authors is their depth of the subject, the simplicity ,authenticity and lightness with which it is delivered to the reader.This is very typical of Bawa and Dinesh. ( I read their earlier two books too, Ready Study Go, Happiness Express) . They don’t preach, it’s NOT just information on Sleep and Success. It’s what they implemented in their lives and are practising. It’s Wisdom. They do not shy away from sharing their own personal stories that are quite interesting and inspire you to implement and integrate the valuable guidelines, lessons into your life. Other thing that stands out is that they are clear on what is negotiable and what is non negotiable be it about Sleep or Success.It’s a must read for all, but I am in IT profession myself and I see sleep being overridden as a matter of fact and people take pride in it. I wish everyone in IT to read this book, implement the small little changes so they are more productive, happy , healthy and successful.The book has some great wisdom and lines . Your view on failure will change as you read the author’s story and his conclusion. Quoting a line here..‘…I couldn’t consider the first event as a failure. It had actually been a carefully crafted opportunity for me to learn…..’. Isn’t that beautiful? You will love it all the more when you read what that event is in the context of the chapter ‘Allies and Power-ups’.And it has some lovely poems embedded in between the chapters, filled with wisdom, wit and riddles. Explore yourself . See what you like in the book and implement.Now needless to say I thoroughly enjoyed reading the book and have quite a few take aways that I am planning to implement. Nevertheless the book needs a reading again and again, as I felt there is a lot being said in each chapter that’s worth reminding and not to be missed. So I will do that. Yes, that’s another thing I liked about the book. You can literally go to any chapter and read it by itself (well , most of them). So if you are someone like me who likes to jump to the chapter that you have a liking to, please feel free to do so. Of course the authors will connect you gently to other chapters as needed.I also enjoyed the weight and print (font,clarity) of the book, it’s light , folds easily and is light on the eyes, I mean easy to read. As reading a book is one of my sleep rituals this matters a lot to me.Thank you Bawa and Dinesh for this wonderful treat.Keep inspiring.-Aruna K

Amazing ways to enhance your sleep quality and have healthier and successful life
The book is very lucid and written in a very engaging manner. Though I had thought of one chapter a day but it kept me glued and surely was one of my fastest read. The book establishes sleep as super power with well researched facts and data. They also give you a plethora of easy to implement ways through which you can enhance your sleep quality. I wish I had read something like this much before. But better late then never.All in all this book is an easy an interesting read and has lot of catchy illustrations.

This is a book everyone will benefit from! Whether you think you sleep well or don’t, I would recommend reading this. The practical insight into sleep is unparalleled. I loved the “success” part of the book as well: whatever your starting point is, you will leap to successes in various spheres of life with the authors’ suggestions.

It's a gem!
I wish I knew everything this book has to teach.. earlier.. truly a gem! Been a month, now I wake up without alarm, I sleep well, i wake up feeling refreshed, I focus better, less overthinking and I feel light throughout the day!didn't know that a Good night sleep can actually help!And the success part has to offer so much through brilliant stories!!Definitely, A must must must have!

I never use to take sleep so seriously but after reading this book I realized just by paying little attention on our sleep timming how we can improve our life must read book I just love reading Khurshad Baatliwala he is too good I love his videos as well these people are gift for humanity ❤️❤️❤️

It's a treasure in itself that holds the key to success that you define
I really liked that authors have unfold the importance of non negotiable sleep to achieve the success in my definition. They also explained how some ulternative therapies, naturopathic remedies can be an effective tool to reset. Much much more. I am absolutely enjoying every page.

Eye opening!
The book is really eye opening... right from the first few pages.In today's age, where sleep is one thing people are willing to compromise on, this book brings insight that can be literally be life changing.Khurshed Batliwali and Dinesh Ghodke's direct, unambiguous and clear communication makes and impact, and motivates you to act and make a change.Would highly recommend this book for everyone.
