This is the only thing so far that has been able to cover my grades and I'm lucky that it also matches my natural color pretty closely. I have an inch wide patch of Gray hair, it's hard to show up in pictures but it is incredibly noticeable it's hard to show up in pictures but it is incredibly noticeable in person, and I'm self-conscious about it. This covers it up in about 20 minutes and lasts 2 months. Make sure you buy developer though, I had never used a hair dye that you needed to buy the developer separately and wasn't prepared for that.

Colored my stubborn gray roots over the weekend and was blown away by the 100% coverage and super shine! Used a small makeup brush about the length (top to bottom bristles) of my grown in gray roots; left product on one hour then washed and deep conditioned for a few minutes. To my surprise not a single gray showed through!! I am 99% gray at the roots — airplane runway so to speak — (started coloring at age 26 and am now 57). The box brands from the store no longer work for me! My stylist uses heat lamp at the salon to get them covered. For me, coverage with do it myself home kits was 75% at best even when applying heat from hair dryer; grays showed through — I dreaded the process because of the outcome. On a whim I searched Amazon and ordered Blonde 8N — looked to be a much better match to my hair color. Box brands from the store are either too light or too dark for my roots. The 8N is perfect for my base and to blend with Carmel highlights. I have not seen 8N at the store and had my doubts since 7 is typically too light. Decided to go with the reviews and what showed to be a match at 8N on this product. Absolutely love the coverage, color and shine! Now I am excited to touch up between salon visits knowing my hair will look fabulous and not wonky! Thank you for offering this amazing color and product on Amazon!

I've been coloring my own hair with Age beautiful color for about 4 years now. As long as you have your own gloves, mixing bottle, and developer you can certainly do this. I use medium blond and it works well for what I consider as my light brown hair. Hides those gray roots for as long as it takes for me to grow more. I also use a highlighter kit I buy here on Amazon. It has the cap you pull hair through (talk about tangles!) But it does work well for me. I'm posting a picture. See the medium blond at the ends of my hair to give you an idea of color. Ignore the blond highlights. You have to do those a few days later. My hair is naturally curly so the frizzy stuff is just me, not the product.

This have been game changer. I'm almost 50, so my hormones are on the loose and doe to some stressful factors i had severe hair loss. My hair is thin and I'm also italian, so my silver hair was showing very empowered at very young age. This has been a great addition to may hair routine. The quality of my hair has improved a lot, it has great coverage and it does not damage my hair. If i may, i would suggest the use of other products of the brand so they can work together.

This is the first time I have ever bought this brand. But picking a color online you can never be sure of the true color. I picked what I thought would be the right color and when I finished my hair looked great. Just remember that you have to buy developer.

What I liked the most is it is very gentle. No burning, no itching and very effective. Color is true to the color chart. Will definitely use this as my go to hair color.
