At first I was puzzled that is is a "gel" rather than liquid or powder. After trying it, the light went on in my brain, gel = no muss/no fuss, no drips, no dry power, wow, why didn't I think of that. Anyway, since then I've been a GU consumer for endurance activities as well as at work where they are great about half way through a 4 hour shift; I stock heavy stuff at a home improvement store. Love Tri-Berry, Chocolate Outrage & Expresso Love. Those include 20, 20 & 40 mg caffeine respectively. Some flavors have no caffeine.
