MP FERRET BI ODOR INTERNL 32OZ

LOVE this item for our ferrets. It truly does help with odor and there is a noticeable difference when we are not using this product. ONLY CON- when we buy the large bottle, it ALWAYS comes opened and leaking. Every single time. Beware!

Absolutely love this stuff for my ferret!! Definitely helps with the smell and it actually makes my ferret drink more water!!

I use this in the water for my 4 big stinky male rats. I use about 4-5 pumps in their 16 oz water bottles and shake it up really well. It makes the water cloudy but it has really made a difference in smell. The rat cage is right next to my desk and I sit next to it for up to 8 hours a day. All of my rats are healthy and lively and haven't changed personalities since adding this to their water. My new rats which haven't had this in their water has started smelling up their cage after 2 days. With this added to the drinking water, it never really smells anymore. This stuff is fantastic! I would buy it by the case if I could. Edit 7/22/2011: I received the bottle of GoodBye Odor for Ferrets today and it has different ingredients than the Bi-Odor Ferret Waste Deodorizer with which I've had very good experiences. What's in Bi-Odor (old product): Deionized water, aspartic acid, threonine, serine, glutamic acid, glycine, alanine, valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine, tyrosine, phenylamine, histidine, lysine, arginine, cysteine, proline. May or may not contain sodium bicarbonate, hydroxypropyl, methylcellulose, sodium benzoate. What's in GoodBye Odor (new product): Purified water, propylene glycol, xanthan gum, proprietary amino acid blend (alanine, arginine, aspartic acid, cysteine, glutamic acid, histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, proline, serine, threonine, tyrosine, valine), propyl paraben, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, methyl paraben. The addition of propylene glycol and xanthan gum seem to make the new product more viscous and, if I understand ingredient labeling correctly, imply there is less of the active ingredients in the new product (the proprietary amino acid blend). I know propyl paraben, potassium sorbate, and methyl paraben are all preservatives and should be relatively harmless. I will continue to use the new product in the same manner as I used the old and see if it's the same quality.

I've used this product ever since I got my little fuzzy girl and it works wonders! If your ferrets stool still stinks with this product, look to GI tract upset and the foods you feed before thinking this product doesn't work. Ferrets also release a lot of musk when bathed too frequently, this product works great but won't fight that strong of odor :-P The product seemed to be revamped recently, labeling and formula. The product used to form a precipitate over time in the large 32 oz bottle as I used it up, and would smell rotten egg like after a couple days once mixed in the water. In the newest bottle I received, the product had a faint rubbing alcohol smell to it even though the ingredients haven't seemed to change. It also seems to last longer once mixed, which is good. Overall I still love the ferret product :)

This product really does help our ferrets and their natural scent. They are still 'stinky' so this does not get rid of their Odor completely but it does minimize it to where it's more manageable. As far as I'm aware there isn't anything to completely get rid of their Odor and that's fine. It's apart of them and if you are someone who doesn't like 'foul' odors, then you probably shouldn't own a ferret. So, great product, does what it says it does. Definitely recommend!

I don't think this stuff works, honestly. Just put your ferrets on a good diet and clean fresh water as well as keeping bedding clean, and your catsnakes will be smelling better in about a month. I used this stuff for about two months before I switched to Wysong Ferret Epigen 90 Digestive Support food and within a week I noticed a very noticable decline in odor. Stop pumping your babies full of chemicals

I truly hate to give a product a bad review. I used to love this product. We used it in our rabbitry with great success. It really helped with the ammonia levels. Then, sometime in 2011 they changed the product. All good things must come to an end. I even wrote to the company. They sent me out a bottle of complimentary product, which had yet a different formula (2 different formulas in a short time). Let's just say the original product was awesome. The 2nd bottle(1st formula change) was horrible. It did nothing for the smell and made floating black, nasty smelling gobs in the water bottle by the next morning. The rabbits refused to drink it...wonder why? The 3rd bottle (2nd formula change) was a little better than the first without the floating black funk and the rabbits did drink it but it made little to no difference in the ammonia smell. We have stopped using it. Sad because we loved the original product and had used many bottles.

I was so fearful of purchasing a ferret because of all the reviews I had read about their smell. But I went ahead and took the plunge. Sure enough, about a week after owning my sweet fur baby, the room I kept him in started smelling awful! We tried changing his litter more often, and his bedding and nothing seemed to be helping. Sometimes I couldn't even stand to hold him for the strong musk odor. I found this deodorizer and decided it was worth a try. I am so glad I did! It has worked wonders! My ferret hardly has a smell now unless you stick your nose right in his fur. The room doesn't smell bad now and most of the time, people don't even know we have a ferret. I highly recommend this product!!! Buy it, you won't regret it!

Ferrets don’t mind being sprayed and we also spray their bedding and areas from a distance. Reduces the musk smell anyway.

My ferrets always love this product and I like to buy here because it’s good price and come so fast.
