The previous vest still looks fine but the zipper is almost impossible to zip now and it is very hot in the summer so I purchased this one. Nice pockets, seemingly good quality zipper, and breathable mesh to keep me from roasting. Some of the job sites and refineries require long sleeves and the reflective vest so that's a recipe for a heat stroke in the hot summer noon-4 pm hours. It's also worth noting that it looks very good compared to the super cheap ones they might give contractors at the gate if that matters to you. For me it's a plus since I'm self employed and also an independent contractor and like to look professional and well prepared.
