I figured worst case scenario, I would break it and end up looking for something else to use. Not only did it work for us....we ended up destroying a 4 ton come-a-long and still not breaking it. Heck of a rope. I spent most of a day on a metal standing seam roof a while back with the ground a long way down. With this 100 ft extension and the Fall Protection harness kit things went smoothly. The extra length allowed me to do a tie off way on the other side of the house to a vehicle.
