The media could not be loaded. I cannot rave enough about this faucet, and I recommend with grandiose enthusiasm!• Sizing is accurate. We have an older, plastic sink in the master bath of our single wide trailer, so I worried that the sizing (like a lot of things in a trailer) would be off. As you can see in the video, the sink is a little small for this setup, but it still works & looks amazing! We measured the old faucet at 4” from the center of the hot line to the center of the cold line, and this 4” faucet slipped right into place• We also received flexible lines to hook up the faucet (1/2” to 3/8”) but our lines & hookups matched the faucet, so we just hooked them up directly to the existing lines (1/2” lines, I believe)• I have always loved the way these waterfall faucets look, but I was concerned about water pressure suffering for looks. The opposite is true, and we can’t even turn the faucet all the way on now because it will splash everywhere!• The drain was a more complicated issue, and our older, thin plastic sink could not accommodate the drain with the overflow. I saw something in the item description about the seller sending a new drain if the one that came with it wasn’t the right size, so I figured I would at least check it out. A lot of faucets come in brushed nickel, so I could just order a new one, but I hate when things don’t match.I have never experienced such amazing customer service! I called their number just before 8 PM on a Sunday, and - much to my surprise - this lady answered! I explained my issue & she asked me to send her all my details in a text (name, address, faucet type, order #). They had a new drain on the way in a few days, and I just received it yesterday. I am highly impressed!The quality of this faucet & drain is outstanding, and the faucet is heavier than the sink! Again, my sink is plastic, but you will notice the quality & sturdiness right away. I cannot recommend enough; stellar product & top notch seller!!

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install. Good quality parts. Beautiful waterfall effect. Unique design. My only complaint is a minor one. There is always some water leftover after you turn it off. It’s not worth removing a whole star tho. Great value for the money and so far performing very well. Everything you need is in the box (except for your tools of course). Love this upgrade to my guest bath.

I hired a handyman to install, he said all the parts were included (even a pair of white gloves!!) and it was super easy. It is absolutely gorgeous and has completely changed the way my guest bathroom looks. Swapped out my builders grade faucet for this and am so happy. Love the brushed finish.

It really is a nice faucet made of all metal and such. It is very large, so make sure you have a large sink. It will splash out if you have a smaller sink.

I Installed this faucet a few weeks ago. Faucet itself looks great and is exactly what I wanted: waterfall, good flow, 2 handles, and brushed nickel.

We bought this faucet for a bathroom partial remodel in August, 2022. We absolutely love the sleekness and the look of it; it complements our bathroom perfectly. We had a slight problem with the faucet in July of this year. I called customer service and got no answer. To my surprise, they called back even though I didn’t leave a message. After a few emails and pictures sent, the company graciously sent us a replacement fixture, which arrived quickly. I would definitely purchase from this company again. We love the product.

Faucet has great first impression and design appeal.Very nice cast brass design.No flimsy plastic with this faucet.Looked dozens of faucets and happy with this choice.Packaging was also first class.Waterfall styling looks great. I am sure the functionality will be as good as the look and feel i got out of the box. Will be updating two bathrooms with these beauties.
