After purchasing and returning close to 10 different kinda of neck support pillows; memory foam, dogbone, half moon, my pillow, total pillow and more, this one is by far the best. What I love: 1) you can adjust the amount of support (even from side to side, which I really love cause I need firmer on left side of neck). 2) it stays put on my leather reclining sofa. 3) it even came with a personal note from seller. FYI, I debated which size to order because my couch is really thick on top, but when fully reclined it lays almost as flat as a bed. Decided on the 26" which is perfect. I believe the longer length would have been close to touching the floor and possibly put too much pull to keep it in place -- I use this very close to too of the sofa.
