Great sturdy equipment
I ordered three products at the same time and only was was delivered with FedEx saying order complete.md. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly with an update on my packages. All packages received and I couldn’t be more happy with the gym equipment.

Customer Service
It arrived missing several key pieces. I contacted customer service they were prompt and efficient. Once I got the machine together it looks to be sturdy. And exactly as advertised.

Came damaged from the factory. With no instructions
It had scratches on one of the arms. I contacted titan and they wanted me to send a picture along with the picture of the box. The box was in perfect condition. So pretty much the factory will send out any pieces hoping u won’t send it back. I’m still waiting on titan to replace the piece or get back to me after seeing the pictures. Also it didn’t have any instructions in the box. Not my first rodeo putting exercise equipment together. Just hoping the bolts were in the right spots. Titans answer is it won’t effect the use of the machine. Lol glad they don’t sell cars Your car has a scratch from the factory but it still drives good. I bought new not used.

Chest pad not wide enough
It's an 'almost' gym grade machine. For the money, you can't beat it. My only significant complaint is that the incredibly narrow chest pad is very stiff, and very painful after multiple sets over 90lbs, which on this machine is on the very low end of its capacity. I'm just making my own base with new padding/upholstery. Materials are like $20 so it's not a big deal, just an inconvenience. Still a great deal.

Good but like most version 1 machines from Titan, has flaws.
Machine was super easy to put together and is very sturdy and doesnt feel like a Dick’s Sporting Goods special at all. My only complaint about this piece is the most common complaint about it, and that the chest support is too small. Once you start using appreciable amounts of weight, the smallness of it starts to become an issue (#ThatsWhatSheSaid). It feels like you’re being stabbed in the sternum and for me personally holds me back as to how heavy I can go. I have to choose between either more lat gains or risk collapsing a lung. As per tradition with Titan, there version 1s of a machine usually have issues that get fixed with version 2. Hopefully this one issue I have with the machine gets fixed soon. Otherwise, its a great machine.

Needs a V2
This machine lets you perform rows. That's what it claims to do and that is what it does. There are a few areas in need of an upgrade. 1) Chest Pad Width: Like other reviews mention, the chest pad is not wide enough. It hasn't prohibited me from doing rows but it could be a little wider.. 2) Grippy Handles: The handles are a non-grippy plastic, so once I get heavy enough I need to add straps. Knurling would be nice, but just grippier material, like rubber, would be much better. 3) Rotating Handles: The Syedee and Valor Fitness row machines have knurled, rotating D-handles. It terms of ergonomics and targeting upper back vs. lats, that would be a welcome addition here. 4) QA: This is the big one. I own 7 Titan machines and each has their own little "quirk". That's the nicest way I can say they need better quality assurance. Both this and the seated dip machine I purchased are slightly tilted. This means you need a collar on one of the sleeves. That isn't the end of the world but it's quite annoying. The fourth bullet point is something Titan has never quite nailed. They have upgraded the quality of their powder coat, seat material, cushions, and welds, but QA still remains lackluster, even in 2024. If the machine didn't tilt this would be a solid purchase with a couple of minor gripes. Why don't I just reach out to customer service to get the problem fixed? Titan customer service, bless their hearts, are less than useless. Maybe they replace the unit. Maybe they send a replacement part. Maybe it shows up in a month. Maybe not at all. Maybe they just ghost me. This is all par for the course for them. Would I buy the machine again? Probably not. As mentioned above, there are two other similar row machines out there that address the issues I have above. The only unknown is QA, which could be just as bad as Titan. No clue.
