Review: I have stiff and painful lower back issues. $55 is the same cost for me for one Chiropractor visit. With that in mind, I decided to give this a try after watching a demo on Youtube for lower back treatment. Why not, if gives some relief then it is worth it. After a few usages with the MyoTool my lower back had more range of motion and can stand and sit upright without stiffness. Now I still have slight pain and soreness, but the mobility is so much better. Life changing is the key word here for me, cannot say how grateful I am for the MyoTool. Note that I was lying down on the center pressure balls and rocking the tool back and forth in a rowing fashion. This has the effect of stretching the lumbar vertebrae greater than a massage or chiropractic treatment. It hurts, but in a stretching/training type of way. And the pressure balls are NOT on the vertebrae, but on the side applying the pressure. I do a few sets of 15 reps and then give a few days for the soreness to go away and then go again. Each time the soreness period is less and, again, my range of motion is greater! Definitely another tool that belongs in your well-being arsenal. Review: I found I really didn't need this products, and a much cheaper tool worked much better. Two tennis balls tied up in a sock, and sometimes two bouncy balls in a sock provided better mobilization than this. The trick is you lie on the tennis balls with one on either side of your spine. When this gets comfortable, lift your arms above you while laying on the tennis balls, and go above your head, down to your hips, side to side. Basically, do tia chia while lying on the tennis balls. Hold weight in your hands if you need more intensity. This products was expensive, less effective than tennis balls, and the plastic they used is flimsy.

One of the best products I've ever used for my trigger points. Highly recommended. It gets all the places you can't. Easy use.

While this tool worked well for the time I had it (March 15 2024 - July 28 2024); it broke into two pieces after daily use. The cost of this item is way too high for such a short life. There doesn't appear to be any way to complain or get a replacement. Therefore, I recommend against this tool.

Once you get the placement of the tool in the right spot, this tool really does hit the spot. So many ways to use it!! The Myotool product comes with instructions and illustrations that are helpful, but I found going to the Myotool website was far more informative because they have videos to better understand where the tool should be placed and what you should be doing. Iโve been using mine for neck, shoulder, back, ribs, and under the scapula manipulation.
