Can this be used as a dump valve for a 1600gallon non pressurized water tank? do you think it would leak with just that pressure from the water?

The inside diameter of the hub is 1.912", and the outside diameter is 2.375". It is made for a 1-1/2" pipe to be glued into the hub.

Can this be used to drain a 500 gallon duck pond?

I don't see why not. It works as well as a ball valve but it's easier to operate.
