I ordered a few boxes (different needle types and groupings) from ambition because of Mr. Reyes using them. Upon using the 23RM in my bishop packer, the cartridge literally broke apart in front of a client. It made my machine make really loud whirring sounds, and then the cartridge broke apart within 5 seconds. Luckily I wasn’t tattooing my client at the time, I had just put the cartridge into the machine and was adjusting the hang of the needles. My client asked me if that was normal for it to fall apart and I advised him that it wasn’t and I needed to grab another. Please refund my order of over $100 for faulty cartridges, I don’t trust using them on clients anymore after this one breaking apart. Thank you.
