The images they have on the listing aren’t telling, but I was pleased with what came and the fact that I could still use them as they were instead of having to get out the circular saw and do my own improvements.As you can see I’m using the “shelf portion” as a back drop and will be setting seasonal decor within the “back/mounting portion” as the shelf. The lip is serving as a place I can put pictures as well with the help of another product not sold by this vendor.I gave this five stars because the product was actually made of wood, stained properly and still helped me reimagine my space. ### ⭐⭐⭐ And even though they did not come with hardware and the customer service was great (they immediately sent me out the hardware to *by D***D on Reviewed in the United States on April 24, 2017* EDIT- Originally I gave these shelves a 5 star rating, but after actually hanging the shelves, I am changing that rating to a 3.
