Very gentle and effective. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Holy grail for perioral dermatitis *by L***Y on 8 May 2026* If you have perioral dermatitis, allergy prone, or just extremely sensitive skin- this is the holy grail. This combined with OCT neosporin and the ordinary zinc serum completely cleared a 9 month bout of perioral dermatitis. I tried sulfur cream, prescription creams, do nothing method, everything I could think of and all of the above made it WORSE.
