Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM - Turmeric, Boswellia - Premium Supplement - for Men and Women - Joint Supplement - 90 Capsules

My left knee was destroyed 50 years ago playing college hockey. Had it replaced in 2018. It's been strong and stable, but I've still been getting inflammation and have been wearing an Incrediwear knee sleeve to settle it down. I was wearing the sleeve most days and often at night. After finishing my first bottle of Luma, I find I'm no longer wearing the knee sleeve. I also take magnesium. Little to no inflammation. Anecdotal results for sure, but I took Schiff Move Free for decades with less positive results. I've ordered three more bottles. This stuff works for me. YMMV.

I won't go to bed without it....joints actually move in the mornings now.

I have been using the product for 3 weeks, and it seems to be relieving the aching in my mildly arthritic right hip. I have been a competitive runner for 57 years, 74 years old. I had to suspend running for the last 8 months. Am doing PT combined with good diet. This supplement has been a real boost to my efforts.

I am sensitive to a lot of supplements/medication so I only take half the suggested dosage and it has worked wonders for me. I not longer have the knee & hip pain I was experiencing & finally sleeping pain free. Would recommend them to anyone with joint pain.

I am a 75 year old man challenged with hip and back pain, to the point walking was painful. I have had 2 back surgeries, the last one was 6 hrs long. I am done with that but cotinued to struggle with pain. I decided to look at other options like supplements. I found this with a rating of 10 and in desparation bought it and glad I did. Two days of being on it and I am feeling relief. Crazy but true, I can now move without pain at a level where pain stops me from walking or moving.

I really wanted this supplement to help with my joint discomfort, and I gave it a fair try. Unfortunately, it didn’t make a noticeable difference for me — but to be clear, I’m not blaming the product. I’ve tried several glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM blends over the years, and none of them seem to work for my body, so this isn’t unique to this brand. It was easy to swallow, didn't taste bad and did not leave an aftertaste, and the pills weren't too large. No stomach upset or other side effects. But no pain relief. It's probably due to my high uric acid levels in my blood. Just because it didn’t help me doesn’t mean it won’t help someone else. Everyone’s body responds differently, especially when it comes to joint supplements. The formula is well‑rounded, the quality seems high, and many people do get relief from combinations like this.

I am an 82 year old male who has always been active. My health is excellent except for all my joints. I have injections in my wrist every 4 months, my left shoulder was replaced 20 months ago, my right knee was scheduled for replacement at the end of march, and I am taking Physical Therapy now for my left hip. I started taking Luma Glucosamine Chondroitin about 7 weeks ago. My knee is not going to be operated on, because it feels good. I have skipped my wrist injections for the first time in 6 years, and I am feeling great. I am able to take the PT, because I am not in the pain I was in. I am not one to write reviews for one thing because I am not good at writing. This review is because this really works for me. If you try it I hope you have as much success.
