I love how the pen strokes give you the illusion of fuller brows. I've used many products like this but none of them campared. It will dry out slightly after several days but you can still use it to shadow in any areas that need it. Also, It is best if you apply on clean dry skin (not over foundation and not after using moisturizing products)!!

Believe the BAD Reviews! WORKS ONCE OR NOT AT ALL
Amazon, you need to offer a ZERO star option!!I ordered this, not believing that those who stated it dried up were actually storing it properly and there were some really GREAT reviews. The first one I received, worked PERFECTLY and I loved it...but it only worked ONE TIME. Despite carefully clicking the lid on and storing the product tip down, when I went to use it a couple days later, it was COMPLETELY DRIED OUT.I returned it and the seller promptly shipped another one that arrived unopened and in plastic. However, it never worked AT ALL. It was completely dried up when I received it. I didn't even bother to return it because it's not worth my time. SAVE YOURSELF A HASSLE. DO NOT BUY THIS!
