Exactly as described. I've been drinking caffeine for almost 40 years. These provide the same energy as existing drinks. Empty 1 capsule into a flavored bottle of water. 200mg of caffeine. Easy.I make my own energy shots. Use a 16 oz bottle of water and add some water flavoring(that "does not require refrigeration"). Then I'll take 8 capsules and dump out the caffeine powder from each capsule into the bottle. Shake well until powder is dissolved. Pour into a clean energy shot bottle for later. Each energy shot is 2 ounces. This gives you 8 shots to split up across a few days or a week. Plus caffeine is controlled. 200mg per shot instead of 230mg or 250mg or however much they have in the "extra strong" ones these days. If you need less, use 4 capsules per 16 ounces and now you have eight 100mg energy shots. If you need a little more than 200 each, add a 9th capsule. Easy to open capsule and pour directly into drink instead of putting entire capsules in it.

I've been taking these for years and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I usually take these during the work week so that I can get right into it. No crash or anything and don't get headaches when I don't take them on weekends or while on vacation. I have been using them for at least a decade.The product is pharmiceutical grade caffeine in a 200mg capsule.Sources say that caffeine in amounts of 400-500 mg a day are not exceptionalI will say that this capsule does not make you buzz along. It is modulated. I use it for strength workous and I get a sustained but not stressed response. I can easily workout for 1 hour and feel fine afterward.Unless you have a specific reason you cannot absorb caffeine, check with your doctor and try it. You cognition will certainly appreciate it.

I researched this. I wanted a pharmaceutical grade product. This was highly recommended.If you want energy, like drinking a few cups of coffee but in a capsule, this isn't it.JetAlert , sold here, and at Walmart too, is far more effective.
