Meine Beweggründe waren: Es sollte etwas mit Kupfer sein, u.a. weil Wärmeleitfähigkeit 25 x besser als Edelstahl und ich wollte mir was gönnen. Ergebnis: Das Teil ist geil! Sieht richtig gut aus, leicht, filigran, gutes Handling, sehr wertig, tolle Griffe, Deckel schliesst gut ab und sehr gute Kocheigenschaften. Ich konnte den Herd garnicht weit genug runterdrehen, um Dosentomaten einzukochen.
