Does this foam or get soapy when using?

It doesn't foam. A moistened wash cloth is sufficient when using. This product combines exfoliating along with a light moisturizing base which prevents over drying (often found with exfoliants).

Why is this 10 times as expensive as buying it at any store?

Not true. The price is fair. Keep in mind also your time is money and so is your gas to drive to a store. Not to mention unintended purchases increasing what's spent.

Is the glycerin sourced from animal products?
