Excellent product for the cost
I work in sports medicine and use these cups multiple times a day. I wasn’t sure if they would hold up to the task of the frequent use but needed a set that would arrive quickly. I was happy to find that they work very well, have good suction and hold, also work well for dynamic cupping. I’ve found that other sets that cost upwards of $100 work just as well as these cups. The one downside is they can be prone to developing cracks, but I attribute that to the amount they are used daily (not to mention the occasional butter fingers on my part). I have also found that sometimes the pull tab can get stuck so if you’re not getting suction just adjust the release and they will work just fine. I definitely recommend these cups and can vouch that they will hold up for heavier use.

Great cupping set!
Great cupping set! I’ve been using these on myself, my wife, and a couple friends for over a year now and they all still work great! It cuts my workout recovery time in half and I’m sold!

Great set!
Overall this set is great the price point when I purchased it was great. The set is easy to use and comes with a lot of cups which is nice. Sometimes the cups do get stuck and you have to pull the top part before using them and the inside of the box is styrofoam. Personally I wish this was plastic instead of styrofoam but it still works nonetheless. I enjoy having lots of cups in different sizes and the fact that some are curved. Overall this cupping set is effective and the cups are great.

Fastest pain reliever
I use this at home and in my athletic training room. My athletes love this for their tight and sore muscles. I like the sizes and quantity of cups. The only complaint I have is that after dropping them occasionally on my concrete floors, they eventually crack and cannot be reused. Overall they’re a great quality and value that gives fast relief for aches and pains. Just know you’ll have large circular bruises for about a week wherever you place the cups.

VERY SUCKY, but in the best way possible!
Licensed massage therapist here!Compared to my first cupping set (different brand, got it in the continuing education class I took) this set is about five times more powerful! One pump with the suction gun and that cup is ON THERE. I actually didn’t realize how strong these were and tried them on my boyfriend first— he had no idea what he was supposed to be feeling and let me go all the way to like 15 pumps (complete air evacuation) 🤯😅 His marks lasted two weeks, and he had some minor fatigue and aches the following day. So be aware! Check in with your clients to be sure they’re comfortable because these are STRONG!Very easy to clean, easy to use, the included instructions are valuable if you haven’t been educated on how to use these.

Don't last... Poor quality Do NOT Buy
I have had these cups less than a year and 4 of them have cracked (update..now 5 just a week and a half later)... Poor quality. I have another set from another company that I've had for many years and haven't had any problems like this. They haven't been dropped nor overly used. They have cracked at the base where you connect to skin surface. This releases the suction also is a bio hazard for cleaning because the crack cannot be easily accessed for disinfectant unless you soak, but even then you cannot guarantee cleanliness.I DO NOT recommend this brandUpdate, just a few months later and have lost 3 more.

Scar/ Keloids Drastically Reduced After Cupping Therapy
I fractured three bones in the ankle in a "very complicated break" (per orthopedic surgeon) and had surgery in which I received two metal plates with about 13 screws at the end of July, 2022. I was in a fiberglass cast for seven weeks and then wore a boot for nearly 2 months. I had physical therapy weekly until about February, 2023. By the time I stopped physical therapy, thanks to the excellent orthopedic and rehabilitative care I received, I was able to walk without a cane or crutches and without any limp. I was 80 at the time of the accidental injury. At least two of my physical therapists advised me to buy a cupping set to use the ancient Chinese therapy for relieve the discomfort from the "tight feeling" around my over 4" long scar. I purchased this set at Amazon in February, 2023.-- and bought 32 cups when the most I ever used simultaneously was two cups. I did not use any skin ointment on the scar except for occasional vitamin E and sporadic use of sunscreen on the scar when I went out without socks on. I did not ever receive any surgery, laser, freezing, cortisone shot, radiotherapy, or anything else by a medical professional for keloid reduction. At the physical therapists up through February, 2023, I estimate I had less than ten sessions of a few minutes each of cupping. The photo on the left was taken on March 15, 2023, shortly after I had started cupping. You might have seen professional athletes after cupping with several raised round marks about 1.5 to 2 inches in diameter. My lead therapist said that was because the cup was left on for four minutes or more which caused blood capillary bursting and told me I could avoid those temporary marks by cupping for less than 4 minutes at a time. For the first few months, I cupped for a few minutes nearly daily. Then I started doing it far less often after I reached the anniversary of my injury in July, 2023. I had read somewhere that the keloid was "permanent" one year after injury so I thought it was futile to continue cupping regulary.Much to my surprise, I looked carefully at the scar in spring 2024, and saw the scar had shrunk a lot. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo but a one-inch portion after the top first inch had become completely flat and was normal skin color. Also the end which once curled around the ankle bone has shortened, was less angry red and flatter. Wow, I thought, there's progress in scar reduction! So since then, I started cupping again, trying to cup at least once a week. The photo on the right was taken on November 3, 2024. As you can see, the scar is shorter, thinner, has disappeared in parts and the skin color is far lighter than in was in March, 2023.Considering that at my age, skin cell turnover is about 50% slower than for younger people, I get new skin cells between 1 ½ to 2 months, I am optimistic that more of the scar will disappear in the future.

Not for daily multiple use
Liked the variety in cup sizes but in terms of durability the cups have not held up well in an athletic training room setting. They break and crack pretty easily and I've already lost a few in the set. And a couple never worked well. Hoping to save money but this set is clearly not much for daily, multiple use.
