Kinesiology Tape,Elastic Therapeutic Sports Tape for Muscles and Joints, Sports and Injury Recovery, Athletic Sports Tape for Knee, Ankle & Shoulder

This product has been purchased on repeat a few times now for my 16 yo daughter to strap a persistent ankle injury. My daughter competes in high level stunting and tumbling as an international cheerleader and at one point weeks out from competition was unable to do any of her tumbles due to ankle pain. We saw the team physio who determined it was soft tissue damage and advised rest, ice, compression and elevation. After doing some research I selected this tape for strapping of the ankle. It has done the job superbly and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for strapping tape for similar injuries. Easy to apply, stayed in place, great choice of colours, and most importantly enabled my daughter to continue to train and ultimately compete without causing any further damage or injury. We used the tape for several months and I’ve purchased multiple times now. Last time I purchased it my daughter said her injury was gone so I won’t be needing it for a while…but when I do, I won’t hesitate to get this one again.

Great tape. Good size length for securing. I used it to support a trapezius strain and it was really effective. The tapes stayed in place for three days, no lifting or fraying. I was able to remove them easily while in the shower with lots of bubbly shower gel. They did leave a few red marks, but that was probably caused by my own impatience to remove them. Would recommend.

This tape is magic. Out in correctly and it lasts a while and absolutely helps with healing. Very sticky so depending on where you need to put it help is advised. Can hardly feel them on lots in the pack too. Great 👍

Nothing to compare these to, but using a youtube video to fit correctly, they appear to work nicely. Don't stay stuck for 5 days, more like 3 days.

Been using official KT tape for my Achilles and plantar fasciitis but it was a little to expensive for only like 18 strips. So I decided to give this one a go. You get loafs more strips on a roll plus two rolls and still change from a tenner. But you get what you pay for with this. I rub the strips down with the backing paper to activate the adhesive and it still peels off in less tha a hour. Also when you stretch the tape, you don't get the support. Seller was great but I wouldn't recommend the product.

Handy pre-cut strips. Stretched well and stayed on for as long as I neededit to. Survived wetting in the shower well. Using the product was a little more difficult for me as I was using it for my shoulder and I had difficulty reaching around to stretch it across the line of my shoulder blade without any wrinkles. ( Nothing to do with the product itself.) Just get someone to help with hard to reach places like your back. It gave good support and allowed me to use the shoulder without further injury until it felt better. Worth the cost. I would recommend it.

Good, doesn't last more than 2 days on my skin though.

Bin begeistert! Habe das Physiotape als vorgeschnittene Streifen gekauft.Sie lassen sich prima aufbringen und kleben auch sehr gut. Habe es auch im Pool drangehabt und es klebt,wie gehabt auf der Haut. Das Einzige was mich stört,ist,dass es hin und wieder der Längenach ausfranzt. Nicht dramatisch,aber es hängt halt immer wieder ein "Faden" der Längenach ab. Ich werde dieses Tape auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen

Están muy bien por el precio que tienen, mantienen bastantes días su tension, puedes ducharte sin problema y no causan ningun picor al ser transpirables. Llevo una semana probándolas y estoy muy contento con ellas. Compra recomendable!

the tapes are comfortable, the glue doesn't cause me an allergic reaction, and they are not that hard to remove. I like these as they are safe for me and help me with my age aches :)

Ottimo prodotto con buonissima tenuta anche su pelle non perfettamente rasata.
