My clubs shafts are about 3/8 diameter and the grips went on snugly. One almost didnt make it as I delayed about 5 seconds after putting on the lube. Rest went more than smoothly. they're rubber so they will strech, just don't dally after you spritz on the lube. Oh, and buy the tape kit when you buy the grips. **Q: What is the length of these grips?** A: measure against some new golf pride grips that I have, the set I ordered are slightly shorter. **Q: If I want an extra grip (total of 14) what is the additional cost?** A: Roughly $50..... **Q: How do you get the old tape off graphite shafts?** A: I use Lighter fluid both to install grips and to remove any tape. Get it wet, then use a razor blade, window scraper or utility knife. Clean with a towel or rag. To install, I squeeze lighter fluid into the upside grip (cover the hole at the top of the grip, which is now on the bottom, with your finger). Squeeze maybe 2-3 seconds of fluid. Then flip the grip horizontally, cover both sides, then shake back and forth. Then, pour the fluid onto the shaft (to which you've installed 2 sided tape), then QUICKLY slip the grip on.
