Title: Perfect Tabletop Grill — Compact, Powerful, and Great for Small Spaces
Got this during their Spring sale to replace our portable Coleman grill that broke, and I’m so glad I did! This is my first time using a tabletop grill and I actually love it. With a small yard, I really don’t like leaving things out when they’re not in use, so the compact size is perfect. I also love that I can take it to the beach or camping if I want. It’s great knowing I can build a nice built‑in tabletop or outdoor kitchen setup someday and just place this right on top. The stainless steel look is clean and modern — definitely happy we went with that option. We’re a small family of two, and we meal prep a full week of food on this with no problem. It also works for a small gathering. Overall, a solid, versatile grill that fits so many needs.

Good Quality
This Cuisinart CGG-306 portable propane grill has been a fantastic addition to our Phoenix backyard gatherings and camping trips! The stainless steel build looks sleek and feels super durable, while the two independent 10,000 BTU burners (20,000 total) heat up fast and give excellent control—perfect for searing steaks on one side and keeping veggies gentle on the other. Setup is a breeze with no tools needed and the twist-start ignition lights reliably every time. The spacious cooking surface handles enough food for 6-8 people easily, and cleanup is straightforward. It gets blazing hot (hotter than Phoenix asphalt in July, as one reviewer put it!), yet stays portable for tailgates or the lake. Highly recommend this Amazon's Choice—it's made grilling outdoors so much more enjoyable!

LOVE!
I absolutely love this BBQ. I used to use one of the tiny Weber Smokey Joe charcoal grills- largely due to the price. I always wanted a propane grill as I do not actually really enjoy cooking (wanted the convenience of propane), but despite being quite frugal I do not like purchasing "cheap" items. In other words, while I wanted a propane grill really bad, I knew without spending something like $400+ I was going to get a poor quality one, and I wasn't willing to spend that much. This is why the Smokey Joe was so great, it was only $40 but you were getting a true quality charcoal grill. Anyway, I finally bit the bullet when I found this puppy. Sure it is smaller, and does not have a stand, but the reviews, and my time with the grill thus far, shows it blows the full size ones in this price range away. With this unit you are not getting cheap garbage that is going to fall apart, warp, refuse to hold heat, be uneven, etc. etc. SIZE I have not had the grill more than a couple months, but used it very extensively in this time. I cannot speak to the longevity of course but so far nothing has given me any reason to doubt it. Everything appears to be good quality stainless steel, the unit is lightweight which is great for portability but not as ideal for tabletop (if you are going to get aggressive with brushes or similar, hold on to it!). This is sort of a no brainer so I am not docking it for this. The grilling surface is smaller of course than a full-size, but with the nearly edge-to-edge grilling surface it is plenty big. I tend to cook for smaller groups but I do not think you would have a hard time grilling for a family of four on this at all (unless your planning on grilling every piece of the meal). QUALITY As mentioned have no qualms with the quality, and no doubt about the longevity. I would definitely recommend purchasing a cover. Note, I believe "technically" the Cuisinart cover sold does not fit this unit. However, I risked it and it does fit. The velcro does not connect to hold the cover on tight, but I have had zero problems (and with a little extra velcro you could make it secure). GRILLING I do not really enjoy cooking (just takes so much time!) so I am not the most authoritative author on this matter. However, nothing (whether from my use or reviews online) gives me any reason to doubt this awesome little unit. This is one of the main reasons I bought this unit, dual-burner with good BTU output... I'd take this any day over one of those full size units you get at any big-box store in this price range. OTHER POINTS - As mentioned above the Cuisinart cover does fit, just not securely (add some velcro and I think it would) [See amazon item: Cuisinart CGC-21 All-Foods Gas Grill Cover]. - The BBQ comes with a full size propane hose, I purchased the Cuisinart 4-foot LP hose as a "commonly purchased with" recommendation, was unnecessary and I had to return it. The unit will work out of the box with a full size propane tank, anything different would require an adapter. - While the grill and burner covers are technically dishwasher safe (I think), it just doesn't really work that way. Maybe if you washed them after every use but as with all BBQs things get caked on and they don't just wash off nicely. I did once, now I just stick to the brush and/or foil to keep it clean (foil to scrub the grill to avoid risk of brush hairs getting in your food). - While 99.9% of users won't care... I put this on my ground-floor patio for my condo, so I was concerned about theft. There is a small area by the hose where I was able to thread a thin security cable through to secure the BBQ to my table and tank (if someone wants to haul all three off they deserve them). ALL IN ALL... I find myself using this thing more than my stove now. In fact unless it's something I would just feel foolish using a BBQ for (like scrambled eggs?) then it goes on the grill. I purchased a little wok and even do my veggies on the grill now instead of the stove.

Works great unless it is windy
I think it is a great grill. Heats well, cooks well, looks nice. Pretty sturdy except the feet. They easily move and can bend. The real issue is trying to cool with wind. I get tired of lighting it over and over again. And it looks like there isn't a wind guard that goes with this grill. So I either have to buy one that is $400 or build one myself. It would be nice if when I buy a grill I don't have to rig stuff to get it to stay lit.

Well built and Portable
We absolutely love this grill. I have had many grills where the temperature is hard to get right, and the grates are minimal. However, this grill is very easy to get the temperature right, and the grates are stainless steel and very high quality. The grill is very sturdy, easy to setup, and of high quality. The only complaint is that some edges are very sharp when you clean the inside of the grill, or lift from the underside. Have some gloves and no problem, but I am glad that somebody in the reviews had mentioned that they cut their hands as I may have done the same without the warning. This also has folding legs for when you want to take it with you for an outing, though I wish the legs would lock. I probably will drill a hole so that I can lock them. Other than those couple complaints this is the best grill we have had. Other grills we have had to keep out on our lanai and they tend to rust out quickly even though we cover them. With this, we bought a small grill cart and can keep it in the covered area of our lanai, which I believe will make it last much longer. Putting it in the garage would make it last even longer, but would be more inconvenient.

I love this little grill. Good enough for a small family of three. Light weighted and compact. You have to use the little propane cylinders (1L) but can buy a convert hose to connect to the bigger propane tanks. I found it on Amazon. No assembling requires which is the best part. Also no chemical sprayed grill/parts. People underestimate the danger of chemical sprayed bbq grill…

We bought this not for travel but for convenience. Small enough to occupy very little room but delivers the heat and quality of a full size. Heats up quickly and evenly, grilling is a snap and we have not had a bad meal cooked on it. I really wanted to get away from the full size BBQ as it is a waste of space and a pain to store during the rough parts of the winter season (for us anyhow) . I Have a large resin storage unit in the backyard in which we store the BBQ and our Pizza oven which sit nicely on a stainless cart making all of our outdoor cooking a snap to keep tidy while increasing functionality. just painting a picture for anyone who is trying to decide if they want a full Size BBQ this might be a better option depending on your particular needs/wants) We have not encountered any cons to the owning this BBQ, its simply been a great all around experience and we hope to have it for many many years as it is built so well and really does do a great job maintaining the heat for quality and even cooking.

I wasn't sure if a tank hose was included or not (so I went ahead and bought one separately). But there it was when the unit arrived! Now I have 2 hoses :) Small enough for us to take on out day-trips and have BBQs in parks, etc. Great addition to our 'exploring'. Teamed it up with a 10lb tank for better portability.
