B-Complex, 100 mg, 100 capsules

This is the best vitamin B complex I have found. I take it everyday. There is only a pleasant gel taste and goes down very easily. The price is very pleasing too!

Quality vitamins.

I started taking these when I realized I'd been feeling low-energy for awhile. I was healthy other than that, just had a hard time with my "get up and go." I knew that B vitamins could be helpful with this so I read a bunch of reviews and this brand had terrific ratings without being too pricey. I ordered them and started feeling better within a few days of taking them - and I've been taking them ever since!

My husband and I began taking these B-Complex pills a couple of weeks ago, and we really think they make a difference in how we well. Much more energized, and clear thinking for sure. Perhaps it's the B-12 in them, but really, all the B's work synergistically, so it could be any of them, and all of them. These pills do turn your urine a bright yellow, but we have decided that is a good thing. If it's yellow, it's working :-)

My father is nearly 90 and has difficulty walking. Every doc we've seen says he's too infirm to survive the surgery needed to fix the spinal issue causing this, so I read about B complex/folic acid as a palliative. Well, after two weeks taking this product plus even more folic he was noticeably more mobile and in less pain; not cured by any means but he could make it the 200 ft to the mailbox and back vs being stuck on the couch and barely able to reach the bathroom. Other super B's don't seem to provide the extreme overdose as this one. Helps that the price isn't crazy, either.

Well rounded B complex with small capsules makes it easy to swallow. Some B products give me indigestion. Not this product and that in itself is a bonus for me.

I love Solaray supplements. Their supplements are always top quality. I found out the importance of B vitamins recently and started taking the B-Complex daily. One thing though, what does it mean when your pee is bright yellow? I know it's the result of taking these supplements. Does this mean, my body isn't absorbing it properly? Or does it mean the opposite? Update: Initially I really thought Solaray only made quality supplements but after doing some research, they use cyanocobalamin just like other cheap supplement companies. If you're looking for b-12 supplements, stick to methylcobalamin, cyanocobalamin is harmful to your liver.
