I'm sure these work for a lot of people but they gave me headaches and made me feel very sick. Good seller and item arrived on time. Unfortunately they didn't work for me

I have terrible hot flushes, in the summer I can shower and dry my hair 4 or 5 times a day.In really cold winter months its not quite as bad so the last couple of weeks hasn't really given me a true indication of these working.Next week I am going abroad so with the hot sun I will be no doubt struggling with my hot flushes so I will be using these and hoping that it helps, and will update accordingly!So for no my review is really on the basics - they are small and easy to take, at £5.99 they are 1 a day so you have a months supply in this pack. They are reasonable value but if you buy a bigger pack, they work out cheaper.They are also vegan which is a bonus for me, as well as gluten and lactose free.So for now 4 stars, as they are small, easy to take and good value, I will update in a few weeks!

I cannot fault these. They have no taste to me.Easy to swallow although a glass of water to hand is advisable.These work brilliantly for women of a certain age.... and I find they help with temperature control. I also use these along side sage, and red clover for the ultimate effects.Every woman who has any of the later in life symptoms would benefit from these.I had zero negative side effects from taking them.good value for money as well !!

I didn’t notice any difference to my night sweats whilst taking these so I don’t think it worked for me. Others may have more luck if it suits them better though.

These help with hot flashes and they are easy to swallow . Great for the price and fast delivery .
