Perfect Day Hike Bags!
We ordered two of these bags before a weekend of hiking - and they were great. I was nervous about the shoulders because a lot of people mentioned them hurting after a while. I will say that they are really stiff and if you have the bag in a certain spot for too long - they WILL hurt. But I moved them around and had no issues on a 12 mile hike. The water was great and had no issues at all. It held more than plenty of water. There’s not much room in the bag once you fill the water up - but for us this is just a day hike bag. They were affordable and gave us exactly what was needed.

Love it, but not the water pouch. Stinks.
Love this bag! Perfect for going on a hike or a long walk. The pouch did take some time for the funky smell to finally go away. I soaked it, washed it several times, but a taste and smell still slightly remains. I may change the water pouch out for a higher quality one. Nothing has ripped, I’ve taken it fishing and it’s held up great.

Plenty of room, bladder does not leak, super comfy
These hydration packs are the best! We have utilized them on many long hiking trips and they are everything we want in a pack! The hydration bladder is designed to where it DOES NOT LEAK!! The bag has plenty of storage, has padding on the back / straps for added comfort. The built in rain tarp is super handy!

Nice but quirky
Very nice pack with a quirky front design. Was really looking forward to getting this back pack. My preference is for water bottles rather than bladder but the reviews show nice size mesh pockets. The quirky bit is that the front most pocket is only attached at the base and is held to the main body of the bag by a clip strap. Presumably this allows for a pass through ‘pocket’ for coats or a beach towel. Unclipped the thing just flops. Not my style.Color and material are fine zippers are average. Shoulder straps are nice with a chest strap.Sending it back for something more conventional.

Great hiking or day trip pack!
I've taken this backpack on multiple adventures now. It's taken us across the Grand Canyon twice on a Rim to Rim hike. There's plenty of space for everything I've ever needed for a day hike. It's light and comfortable with adjustable straps. I liked the included hydration bladder, but have since upgraded my bladder just out of personal preference. The included one was fantastic. It was super functional as it has different sized pockets and pockets within pockets. On the last hike, I tethered a solar power bank to the gap between back pockets and ran a wire effortlessly to my GoPro. It didn't have to be in a pocket, which was nice. Highly recommend this pack.

This thing is awesome and a really good price!
The media could not be loaded. Truthful review from a long distance runner.I have used this hydration pack for 5 to 10 runs now. They are 10 to 13 miles in distance. I have read many of the reviews and am posting an honest review to rebuttle many of the complaints or give advice / better options for this pack.First of all, when full, it weighs a little bit. Of course it does, your carrying water on your back. The good thing about carrying the weight is... If your race is going to have hydration stations you won't need the pack, this means you trained at a heavier weight than you will race at. That's a plus. When filling the pack, the large spout is great, it allows you to easily add electrolyte supplements through the opening. Once the pack is full, make sure to turn it upside down and suck all the air / bubbles out of the bladder and hose. This prevents the noisey sloshing and help prevent ingestion of air. When putting the bladder into the pack, obviously the lid to the bladder and the hose should always face away from your back. Unless you want some irritating things poking into your back the entire time. Make sure to use the Velcro holder to suspend the bladder bag while you are using it. If the bladder falls into the bottom of the pack, it's going to swing around more and become more uncomfortable. The straps are fine, they need to be adjusted to slightly snug. The top strap has elasticity to help prevent restriction while breathing. The bottom strap should go around your belly under your ribs and be just tight enough to stop the pack from bouncing but not too tight to prevent deep breathing. The mouthpiece is pretty terrible and takes a hard bite and while running, causes a lot of ingestion of air. If you spit out the first draw of water, the second mouthful is usually a lot less air. But, the solution to this is replacing the mouthpiece. Today I ran for the first time with a replacement ( Osprey Hydraulics Bite Valve , Black https://a.co/d/jjWqwNo ) this thing makes 100% increase is the usability of this pack. Well with the little more cost for the mouthpiece upgrade. Makes the pack even more with the price. To see the type clamp I used, look at the pictures. The hose wasn't hard to insert in the bladder as long as you read the instructions. I don't remove the hose every time I clean the bladder because I don't want to damage the oring. I do blow air through the hose when I drain the bladder. The pouch on the front is great for a UCan Gel and 2 protein bars. I've also used the bungee lines on the back to hold long sleeve shirts when the temperatures rise and I need to dress down a little. The material dries quickly and is soft and padded. I use anti chafe when I run, I did have one time that my underarm got chafed from rubbing against the strap from the pack, I think this would happen with any hydration pack, all I do now is put anti chafe on my underarms and this hasn't been an issue again.I'll prob buy another one of these packs if this one ever breaks. I'm that happy with the results for the price.

Bag Work only
I bought this for me to use while I train for a half marathon in Texas summer heat. For the first few times I used it I had no problems with it. I went to use it last week since it was a very warm and humid morning. I filled it up and plugged the hose into the bag like I always do. I tried to get the water flowing for me to use it. It would not flow though. I unclickd it and pressed it like I am supposed to and pushed it in and still nothing. I tried it many times since and nothing flows. I have another blatter bag from a larger bag that I will try and use. The bag itself is a great bag. It’s not heavy or bulking for me to use. I like the back part where I can put stuff in. The storage is not a lot compared to my larger one though. I gave it 3 stars because of thr blatter bag.

Durable Hiking Backpack
Great looking backpack, light weight, and has many many spacious pockets. It does include a hydration packet which is a great added value.
