At first it was ok and my teeth were looking better but after a while my lips started to get dry and burn when I swished it. My tongue started getting sores and my face would itch . She recommended I cut down my sugar intake and gave me a few sachets of xylosweet to try instead of using ordinary sugar. I now use this in tea/coffee and take them to work, as they're quite handy being in sachets. You would never know that it wasn't sugar, it just tastes the same and there's no horrible after taste that you get like with other sweeteners.
