What's the difference with other same products?

This product reads 3 tracks and can be set up to read 1, 2 or 3 tracks.

Can i use arcade game cards with this?

Hello. I am not sure about arcade game cards. This reader only works for standard magnetic stripe cards, like magnetic credit card. It doesn't work with non-standard magnetic stripe cards, smart card, chip card or RFID cards. Thanks.

Can I use this for my personal use at home (on my personal computer) to make online purchases? Or, is this somehow only for business use?

No. You cannot do that. The reader is a hardware only. You cannot use it to purchase online. It must work with a POS program to pay or get paid. Thanks.
