This is by far the best iron supplement I’ve tried. When I found out I had anemia I was told by my doctor to take an iron supplement. I tried the cheap ones, I tried the expensive ones and everything upset my stomach badly with cramps, pain and bloating. I look for an alternative and found these! I’ve been taking them for months and my iron levels are normal thanks to the carrier supplements added to the iron which truly make it easy to digest. I have not had one stomach episode since taking these. Some women I know ignore their low iron levels because of iron pill side effects which can have dangerous consequences long term. These pills alleviate the side effects and they work! I’m grateful.

It works very well very easy in the stomach. It is a bigger pill, so it’s a little bit harder to swallow. There is kind of an aftertaste, but it does increase your energy levels because it has vitamin B in it as well as the iron and most people have low energy because their iron levels are low.

Been using for years, my husband started using a couple of years ago his Dr is happy with results. It is gentle on stomach.
