This has a mild, fruit enhanced flavor and arroma. Very nice to cook with, or drizzle over meats. This price is unbeatable. Arrived not in a box, which would have been better, but the bottle is plastic, so it wasn't damaged.

If you're an olive oil snob, you may take umbrage with this, but - for the most part - EVOO is EVOO. And this EVOO tastes as good as the next one. I cook 21 meals a week and use olive oil almost every time. I'd buy it in bulk for less money but live far from any town and rely on Amazon deliveries. This product is high quality. I'm sticking with it.

Tastes fresh and pretty good, in spite of the large dent Amazon sculpted for me on the side. Before you get too excited, it's in PLASTIC, not glass. Had I known that I might have passed and am disappointed. Because Amazon requires aerial photographs, fiber evidence, and a note from my third grade teacher to return it, I'm keeping it because I was out. Now that you know all this, purchase accordingly.

Clients brought me a bottle of their favorite Italian olive oil from their favorite producer somewhere near Ravenna. It was the best olive oil I’ve ever enjoyed. I’ve spent over a year searching for a replacement as it isn’t available in the US. While not an exact match, it offers a resounding echo to the Italian brand. As a plus, it is easier on the wallet than many other options which were more bland. The fragrance is fruity on the nose, and offers a fresh bitey taste without being bitter or sour. Would love to find it in a larger container.

A fruity oil was recommended for a cardamom cake recipe and this was very nice.
