Sold Innocence: A Dark Bad Boy Romance

Vash is the handsome doctor. behind the mask. Doctor Stark is Vash's partner, she seems to have a thing for Vash. Aubrey is 18 and still a virgin. David is Aubrey's friend. The books starts out with an auction, what happens next (no spoilers) is how Vash and Aubrey meet. In the beginning I wondered if Aubrey was Doctor Stark's daughter. I liked really liked Aubrey, she is so much older and mature than her age. I think the thing I liked the most and that surprised me was Aubrey. Some of my favorite lines: 1. A "You have too many clothes on." V "Do I?" It's when he takes his jeans off that I get to the surprise. 2. V She bathed in my body wash, like I had subtly marked her mine. 3. V "You have no clue what's at stake for me?" A " Yes I do." "I'm at stake."

Sky went and did it again with a great story. Sold Innocence is wickedly delicious and worth reading. Aubrey wants to follow her dreams not her mothers. She's about to do something that could make her dreams come true but at what cost. Vash is going to do one last big thing before he completely turns his life around. Although he didn't know it might turn around and bite him in the butt. Aubrey and Vash are reconnected. Aubrey has always wanted Vash since that night and now she will stop at nothing to get him. I've read many books by Sky Corgan and enjoyed them. Sold Innocence I read after receiving a gifted copy. Although I liked it, I can't say that it was one of my favorites. I think it might have to do with the story line. Aubrey is an 18 year old high school graduate who puts herself up for purchase at a private auction to get money to pay for her college education. Her very young widowed mother can afford to pay but refuses unless Aubrey goes to college for something other than her chosen field of acting. Aubrey was raised in a strict Catholic home by her father and her grandparents. Her mother was and is devoted to being a doctor and never spent much time with her. Aubrey is lucky enough to get close to a million dollars from the auction for the one night with her surprisingly young masked lover. He never gives her his name but she remembers his tattoos. She goes all out chasing him. Vash is a 33 year old doctor trying to get over the death of his wife over two years ago. Although this reason is just briefly mentioned. He is determined to cut back on his excess sex hook ups and intake of alcohol after the night of the auction. He never expects to see Aubrey again but...no spoilers! I thought both characters were immature at times. BDSM is introduced. Aubrey's mother seemed very cold. I did enjoy the happy ending.

I totally forgot what it’s like to read a Sky Corgan book! Amazing! I couldn’t put it down once I started reading. The plot was terrific and well thought out. The storyline flowed smoothly too. The characters were well developed and easily relatable. I loved them together and their chemistry was explosive. I can’t wait to read more of her work!

What a HOT read! Aubrey auctions her virginity to get money for school. Vash buys her as a last fling before turning his life around. The experience is not what either of them expects. It's supposed to be one night only. Can they keep it at that with the connection they develop? There are a few twists that will take you by surprise. Sky Corgan does it again!

After reading the synopsis for this book, I expected a predictable virgin auction plot, but was very pleasantly surprised. I liked the turns the relationship between Vash and Aubrey took. This was well written and very HOT!

This is a take on the young girl selling her virginity to an unknown man. Aubrey is an 18 year old girl who wants to go to school for acting but who's mother does not want to pay for it. So to make the money she sells herself to the highest bidder - Vash. Vash is a doctor who has had a tough two years since his wife died. This is his one last hooray before he returns to doctoring seriously. He didn't expect to find a girl who would capture his heart. After their one night neither Vash nor Aubrey can stop thinking of each other when they discover they are connected outside the auction by Aubrey's mother their journey begins. Vash trie to deny that he wants Aubrey. Aubrey knows she wants Vash but isn't sure how to go about getting him. Her mother stands in the way. You won't really like the mother character. Steamy and a quick read. I received this ARC in return for an honest voluntary review.

Oh my goodness this book was amazingly hot and steamy, couldn't put it down. I love the characters and I love this story. Yum Yum. This is voluntarily review for an advance copy of this book.

To meet n have her virginity taken like that seems so surreal. But to come away from the night leaving him wondering how she got under his skin is amazing. A kinky doctor with sum hidden desires
