## Description

TotalBoat Wet Edge Topside Marine Boat Paint is an easy-to-use, 1-component, polyurethane marine grade paint that provides a beautiful, brilliant, resilient, high-gloss finish on hulls, cabin tops, consoles and other topside surfaces above the waterline. Use on fiberglass, wood, metals and previously painted surfaces in good condition. Provides excellent weather resistance so the finish retains its superior color quality and gloss. Once cured, the extremely durable finish will not fade, lift, crack, or peel. The high-solids content in Wet Edge makes it look better and last longer. It's also why you need to apply thin coats - 2 to 3 coats are all you need for long-lasting beauty and shine. Wet Edge gives you the high gloss and durability of a 2-part polyurethane without all the hard work. It's very easy to apply, has excellent flow out, and dries perfectly smooth. For best results, prime bare wood or previously painted surfaces with TotalBoat Premium Topside Primer. Use TotalBoat Dewaxer & Surface Prep as a solvent wipe to remove grease, oil and other contaminants. Wet Edge may be thinned with TotalBoat Special Brushing Thinner 100 (brush/roll application) or xylene (spray application). Application temperature is 50-90 degrees F. Wet Edge is also compatible with non-skid additives and flattening agents for 1-component polyurethane paint. **Q: Is the blue glo glow in the dark**
A: No.  Adding blue to white makes the white appear more white but not washed out.  Nice color.

**Q: can this be used on shower tile**
A: Good Afternoon, this product is designed for use on wood, fiberglass and previously painted surfaces. That being said, it should be fine on ceramic tiles as long as they are not subject to prolonged water exposure. It is recommended to use a primer first. Thank you.

**Q: What kind of sprayer do you use on this? A commercial airless or a auto type paint gun?**
A: I used a soft sponge roller and paint brush for detail if needed.

**Q: Good day could i use regular thinner or reducer in this paint?**
A: I used lacquer thinner and it worked fine.

This paint lays down really well. I used the top boat primer and sanded it smooth. Then rolled the pool slide with 2 coats. Turned out really nice my pool guy was amazed with the results.

Super slick, super glossy. This paint will take your boat to the next level. Wet Edge is a one part paint and goes on thin. I put one coat of primer and two thin coats of Wet Edge. I would consider the roll (6” foam) and tip (good paint brush) method. If you’re painting over no skid, just rolling works best. In fact, i ended rolling the whole project. I painted the top deck first, center console will be next. Turned my tired old 1994 Action Craft into a slick clean machine.
