Is this product good to use?

i can't say at this time, i got it for my granddaughter,s dog i like the heart beat feature, but she the dog don,t seem to like it i think it freaks her out,however when the beat is off she is fine with it, mybe she will warm up to the heart beat at a later time, hope this answer your question

Huggie heart can also be heated by a hair dryer if no microwave,be careful.

Is this product really as good as advertised?

It's nice and works like described. I think it might be nice for a new puppy. My dogs are older and haven't really warmed up to it yet.
