Good Cheap Replacement Microphones
I buy these because the OEM Corsair mics tend to die after a while with normal use. These also tend to die after a while, but for the price (about half the cost of a genuine mic from Corsair) I buy several to keep on hand for when a mic goes bad. Sound quality seems about as good as the original. Overall I would recommend, so long as you know you aren't getting a genuine Corsair mic.

Plugs in but no mute button and sound is crap

The microphone installs fine and works good. Biggest draw back is it is missing the mute button like the original mic it replaces.

Sounds great and easy to install.
Pro: Plug into my Virtuoso Corsair headset perfectly and the sound quality is great. Con: I doesn't come with mute button on microphone which isn't a deal breaker, still works great.

Works, be aware of poor QC
Worked without issues for about a month, then i began to have issues with the microphone working. As of now, it only works if i push it further into the socket.

Dont buy stopped working after few hours!!!
don't buy this one I started having issues after a drop so I bought it again thinking it was just the mic boom but when I got the new one it was still randomly stop working until I push on the connect hard then it would work again for a bit then stop so I went and bought the first party one and it works fine plus it does not have a built in mute button so u lose the physical mute button with this replacement
