Works Great!
The Brother QL-820NWB Label Printer works great! It's incredibly easy to set up and use, and the multiple connectivity options make it perfect for both home and office use. The print quality is excellent, and it handles a variety of label sizes without issue. I’ve been using it for organizing and shipping, and it’s been reliable every time. Highly recommend this label printer for anyone needing a professional-grade, versatile option!

Good Label Printer, quick and easy to use.
This printer is easy to move around and use. All of the connectivity options work great on iPads. I don't use the software as I have apps that know how to use the printers for trade shows. Just so you know, if you use the Bluetooth option, you can only have ONE device connected to it via BT.However I had a few devices using one via the direct wifi connection, so that's a possibility if it concerns you. I have several of these and never have any issues. Solid buy if you are looking for something like this.

Very easy installation!
Installed the QL820NWB on a wired network and use a Mac Mini (Sonoma OS) to print. The desktop software for the Mac is very easy to use and typical of Apple software, the printer was found without any intervention by me (nice). I was impressed with all the available fonts and graphics images. Tested printing on continuous rolls in portrait and landscape, both perfect results. I made this purchase after reading other product reviews that were very negative or mentions returns and quality issues. The QL820NWB printer is being used by me in my office to label systems, network equipment and cables. And for anything else where a label can be used. Great product and great results.

A lot of improvements from QL 570 printer
I wanted to replace my older label printer with a wifi printer. This 820 model seemed to be the best fit. As others have stated the installation instructions could of been a little better. Once you got to the right location on the brother site, it was a breeze. I just googled the installation of the printer and found what I needed. The printer has been up and running for a few days. No complaints. Much faster than old printer, more options, and wifi connection. I would buy again.

AirPrint label printer is what dreams are make of
Great value, prints fast and allows for third party refills in compact size. Easy set up and lack of ink cartridges makes it great for ongoing, daily use. Honestly though, AirPrint for a label printer is the real star here!

AutoCut does not work when printing multiple labels
I use this to print badges for conferences. We use the clear DK2113 clear labels which are very expensive compared to the white paper adhesive labels. This printer is VERY fast and the print quality is excellent. My only complaint is that this one particular machine will not cut between the labels when we print multiple badges at a time. I have another 820NWB (as well as QL800) which does cut between the labels. I have checked multiple times to ensure that auto cut is on and compared settings and they are set up the same so it must be this particular printer. Other than that it is a great printer.

Good label maker for small business network & works for prescription labels.
So far this is working well for my small business office. I set it up on our network, and am happy to say it was pretty straightforward as long as you have some experience with setting up static ip adresses and installing drivers and programs on multiple computers. For some reason all of the label makers i have used are more difficult to set up on a network than regular printers, but this one was much easier than the zebra printer, and stays connected, unlike the dymo printer. Yes, I am on my 3rd label printer due to network connection issues... If i ever need to purchase another one i am hoping that they come up with a plug and play model. That said, I am using it for prescription labels. Although the labels that I needed to use with my office software are a little big for prescription labels, they work just fine, and the label maker has so far been very reliable to use from any computer in our office. I also like that this machine gives you the option of using several different size labels, which you have to set up on each computer with the p touch program (or it will not let you print anything), so it has more potential uses than the other label makers I have used. Overall happy with this label maker.

20th Century Interface
The Mac P-Touch Editor software was last updated in 2018. Installation requires the "square" USB to USB cable. Modern machines with USB C connections require an adapter. And how may modern devices can only be set up via USB?The Quick Set-Up Guide is incomplete and confusing. But when it works, a really high quality label is printed.
