I purchased this although I've been using another brand of electrolytes. It was a great price and I thought why not give it a try. I'm glad I did. It is very tasty although it lacks some of the electrolytes I welcome in another product. Also you get a good amount of separate packs well designed for easy opening. I believe the health benefits are good if you're looking for a more cost-effective electrolyte.
