The media could not be loaded. As our house backs onto a field, we had a terrible blind spot which we have been worried about with our dog. Now the boundary is clearly covered & gives great peace of mind.Straight out of the box it was easy to pair with our existing Hisseeu system which we also highly recommend. Comes with a 10m power cable which was perfect length as we wanted to place ours quite high up.Coverage is great & the sweep function is a really useful feature.We have set up to watch this on the TV & mobile phone & picture quality & features are clear to see & use.Night vision is also excellent & as wildlife enthusiasts we have also enjoyed watching what the camera has caught during each night. Setting up motion detection has greatly helped with this so we don't have to scour through hours of footage.Do not hesitate to purchase this camera. As a stand alone or for use with your existing Hisseeu system. I wish we had done this sooner. A very confident 5 stars.(Now just hoping the squirrel doesn't chew the lead!)

So .. The initial Camera I purchased (5x Zoom) would not auto track on a direct connect to the the NVR, I was told by Tech Support that the Camera needed to be loaded onto the phone app 1st connecting it to my local network, to open up the features after which it could then be added to the NVR. I didn't want any of the PTZ camera's on my network which is why I purchased an external NVR! ..to replace my 4 year old Sannce NVR unit . After a few hrs trying to install on the phone app, I found I had to turn off my mobile signal for it to complete the installation, it then installed and auto tracking worked, however when connecting it to the NVR .. it came up with Password Error and would not connect .. reset 7rl times even upgrading the firmware .. Still password error - No Password set! As the 2 * PTZ camera's purchased with the base unit bundle did auto track when connected directly to the NVR (as they should!), I didn't see why this one would not. So ordered both a replacement 5X zoom and a 30x Zoom. The replacement 5x Zoom connected and auto tracked straight out of the box on a direct connect to the NVR, so despite what Tech Support had been telling me (It will only auto track when added to the app 1st) clearly I had a faulty unit - literally hrs waisted trying to get this to work on a direct NVR connection! .. Great I thought, now I'll setup the 30x Zoom, again I ran into the same issue, it would not auto Track on the NVR, so again - reset the camera and set it up on the app connecting it to my network .. on this occasion no installation error's but it would NOT auto track in the app ether! and you guessed it when I tried to connect it to the NVR - password error , with NO Password Set! Now Tech Support did say they would get back to me a let me know what this mysterious password was but as I have just proven!! it's not required as these will work direct when you get a working and not a faulty unit. Tech Support should know this? - why would anyone purchase camera's that needed to be connected to your home network 1st to open up all the functionality then have to setup a 2nd wireless signal to connect to the NVR ?? .. I am still having a number of issues with signal strength and NO or intermittent sound on the 2 * PTZ and bullet camera's purchased with the base unit .. despite 2 of the camera's being at full connection strength and I only have a few days left under the 30 day return window to finally get these issues sorted out .. The repeater function in the camera's is next to useless (unlike the old Sannce) but I did purchase a separate wifi repeater which I have yet to try as I can only think the reported network signal strength is also false .. I will write up a full and honest review at the end of this process. I now have 6 of the 8 camera's loaded, with 2 being returned as they are not fit for purpose / faulty. The internal Hiseeu camera works well but I have 2 more internal camera's to load and at 6 the NVR is starting to badly lag - so fingers crossed!!

I have been having a play with this camera for a week now. I had been looking for a PTZ camera with a decent zoom for a while and this had some good reviews.The camera itself feels very sturdy and the extra long power cable is a great addition. Both wired and wireless connections seem to work reasonably well too. I have the camera at the top of my house and the wireless point is several meters away, and appears to work fine. Wired connection is definitely more responsive but still seems pretty good as wireless.The picture quality seems good, and the app has some great features such as storing 6 favourite positions so you can move to them quickly which I use a lot. The zoom is also excellent (both optical and digital zooms seem good).There are a few issues that need resolving, mostly with the EseeCloud app, which Jason at Hisseu has been very help to pass onto their technical team.Firstly moving and zooming via the App work well in SD mode (which is *always* the default when re-opening the app), changing to HD can cause the app to become very sluggish or unresponsive if you try to move/zoom, resulting in having to shut and re-open the app. Apparently the app has trouble with the amount of data from the camera if using HD. I am assured this will be fixed soon, as this is a big issue (no one wants to remain/view in SD mode when using a 3MP HD camera!).There are some other niggles like the zoom buttons not being available when in wide-screen mode on your phone, so you have to go back into portrait mode to zoom. Again I am assured that the technical team are fixing this shortly. The width of the picture is not super wide either so doesn't quite cover the width of my driveway, but not a big issue for me.Overall I am pleased with the camera, I've only had it a week and so time will tell. Customer service seems responsive and if the issues above are resolved I think it is seems a good buy. I will update this review as new things come to light or are fixed.
