After receiving this product, I saw how easy it would have been to DIY this. Just some wood blocks with metal brackets bolted on and canvas fabric fastened at intervals between the 3 wooden blocks. I did not like how the product gave off a strong chemical smell upon arrival like they had just been freshly varnished or painted. These should probably be left to air out and dry for months before allowing your pet to get near those fumes, cuz who knows whats in that? That being said, our 5-month-old kitten LOVES climbing up and sleeping in her cozy hammock. I think the product is overpriced and that is why I did not give it 5 stars. For that reason I would probably not re-order this product, but would come up with another or cheaper alternative to complete our catification project. DIY DIY DIY!

I have three kittens. Two of them started to use this a few hours after installation. The material is sturdy and beautifully made. I regret that the bottom screw are so hard to put in because they are placed to close to the wood blocks, so that is something that I would change. I managed to get all but one screw in all the way, but it was tough. I chose to use the Toggle screws so I didn't have to drill. This pic is with a Playplace on the left and Raceway on the right. The best part behind having these products is that there is no right or wrong way to create. I plan on adding on as time goes by. The Raceway was much larger than I expected and covers most of one of my living room walls. I live in a one BR apartment and wanted the extra verticle space. The only other downside is the fabric isn't removable to clean. Again the canvas is sturdy. I can't imagine dirt getting on them...but this is mounted. Overall, I'm happy with the products.

I love this product, it's very high quality, made perfectly. My cats loved it! The only issue I had, was with the screws it came with. I live in NYC, in an old prewar building. These buildings are made with concrete walls. The screws this comes with are definitely not strong enough for concrete walls. The handyman I hired used special giant 2 inch screws with little grappling hooks at the end, so when they go into the wall, they open up and anchor inside the wall. I fell like the way the cat wall mount is sold should be changed to give people with different types of walls different screw options. Even if I had drywall, the screws it came with wouldn't have been strong enough to hold my cats weight. Otherwise very well made product, works great, is stable once it is properly wall mounted. Would highly recommend and reorder another product!

BUY THIS FOR YOUR BENGAL!!! We have 2 Bengals and we were worried about this holding up to their weight and rough play. It has only been 4 days up but zero issues, and they have played rough on it and both been laying on it at the same time. This raceway is securely on the wall!Yes it does suck that you spend the money on this product than have to spend more money to get the right anchors for your walls. But it is worth it!Absolutely impressed with this product! Will be ordering more in the future!

This product taught me that there are dry wall anchors and I needed them(photos). Also cool because the Wall hammock saves space while giving for four legged buddy its own play area. Luckily the drywall anchors are under 4 bucks at Lowes. Dora mi buscadora loves it. Just set it up today. If u have drywall...u will need a hammer at minimum. I have a stud finder and drill.
