Love that it works like the oil cuz there’s oil in the capsules but doesn’t taste icky like taking a spoon full of oil

My original bottle with the 2000mg and they were to powerful for me so I dropped it down to the 1000mg 2x a day. Am pm. I really like it and am feeling great since on it. More energy and more focused. I’m also noticing my skin appears to be getting clearer. I will stick with this product Mother Nature.

My daughter-in-law told me about these, so I got me a bottle and her one, cause she takes care of my son which is bedbound. Thats a 24 hr job! I could tell after a few days I had more energy. Easy to swallow..will prob get these again.

Have used this product, "Mother Nature Organics, Cumin Black Seed Oil," 1000 mg for many years.
