I recently bought a medium one. When it arrived, it was unfortunately a bit small.I headed over and asked for a return/exchange. The customer service was very kind and understanding, the response was very quick.Quality wise, the quality was great, definitely recommend buying— and nope! This is not a comment written by a bot, I know the current botted reviews situation, but I guarantee that this isn’t a bot comment.

Firstly this is actually knit, and it’s super soft. I got a large, which is my usual size because the reviews say it’s oversized…..the bag it came in said it was a large but the sweater itself is apparently a 2XL. I don’t know lol. I’m happy either way, it’s super cozy and thick too

The sweater is completely perfect! Its stretchy, soft, and overall very comfortable. I do suggest sizing down though, since i bought a medium, (my usual size) and its quite big, but the bottom of the sweater can be folded up to solve that! Its also super warm, like a normal light jacket!

Looks exactly like the picture, a bit staticky but it doesn't bother me that much. Surprisingly good material and arrived in 2 weeks!

Bought a size M for my 12 year old granddaughter as she prefers oversized sweaters. Very nice sweater and it appears to be good quality but it is definitely not as long as it appears in the photo. It falls to just below the waist as a normal sweater would which was a bit disappointing as a longer length would have been preferred.

The sweater overall is very comfortable and matches the picture. However, I think they run small (or true to size, depending on what you're looking for). I wear a large (unisex) with plenty of room left, so when I ordered the large sweater, I expected it to be baggy. If you want a true oversized sweater, maybe order one size up.
