I needed something to help me sit a little higher, as I find such position more comfortable, for longer periods of time. This product performed it's desired job, admirably!Originally, I had intended to donate this product to the center, as it offers the 10-Day retreat at no cost. They lodge us and feed us for those ten days, and don't charge us a red cent! The least I could do would be to leave behind my shawl and this cushion and mat kit.I couldn't do it! I couldn't leave it behind! I loved it SO MUCH! It was so perfect for me! Instead, I ended up donating money.I love so many things about this product. The cushion is nice and firm, to where it won't lose it's shape (warp) after many uses. I love its look and design. It radiates this Native American feel. Perhaps even an ancient Asian, Japanese, Zen-like essence.The square pad upon which the cushion rests, is incredible! Nice and cushiony! Very, very comfortable on the knees and lower legs.
