Q: Will this work for boat shoes?

I would think it would work as long as you have room to insert the punch thru the lacing hole and pull it back thru.

Q: Can you relace the fingers of a 13” inch mizuno softball golve with this much lace?

It depends on the wrapping of the lace. I laced 3/4 of a whole catchers mitt with one package, this included double wrap on the pocket. It should be plenty of lace if you are just stitching together the fingers.

Q: How long is the needle?

The needle is 5” with an overall tool length of 8” to the handle

I don’t see why this wouldn’t work. Seems a bit excessive but never the less it’ll get the job done.
