I ordered the 14G dermal anchor tops set (20 pcs) and have been using them for a few weeks now. Overall, I’m really happy with the purchase. Pros: ✅ Quality Materials: The surgical steel tops paired with the titanium bases are a great combo. I have pretty sensitive skin and have had zero issues with irritation or allergic reactions. These feel comfortable and secure all day. No green skin, no itching — exactly what I was hoping for. ✅ Sparkle Factor: The cubic zirconia stones catch the light beautifully! They give off a diamond-like sparkle that makes the dermals look much more expensive than they actually are. I've gotten compliments almost every day since switching them out. ✅ Secure Fit: I was a little skeptical about how well they’d stay in place, especially since I’m fairly active. But once I screwed them in, they haven’t budged. I’ve worn them through workouts, showers, and even swimming without any loosening or fading. ✅ Variety: The set came with multiple colors and styles, so I can change the look depending on my mood or outfit. The threading fits my anchor bases perfectly (standard 14G). Cons: ⚠️ Small Size Warning: These are tiny. That’s good for subtle elegance, but if you’re someone who likes larger gems or bold piercings, they might not be flashy enough for you. Some of the smallest pieces were a little tricky to screw in at first (tweezers helped a lot). ⚠️ Threading Might Vary Slightly: One or two pieces out of the whole pack didn’t seem to thread quite as smoothly, but I had plenty of backups in the set to work with, so it wasn’t a big deal for me. Bottom Line: For the price, this is a fantastic set of dermal tops — perfect for daily wear, healing piercings, or just switching things up. If you’re looking for something hypoallergenic, sparkly, and well-made, I’d definitely recommend it. Just make sure you’re comfortable working with small jewelry, and maybe keep a pair of tweezers handy.

Only 3 of 12 fit. The threads came in different sizes. The thread on many were messed up. Only 2 screwed in all the way.. none of the flat ones screwed in passed half way. Which are the standard and more ideal dermal tops. Not impressed... I buy cheap muli pack nose studs; septum and manroe and manroe jewelry all the time from Amazon. Have for the last 8 years. Never had an issue with them. so I won't even give these worth the cheap price benefit, based on my other experiences.

These are really pretty and we got many options, but they don't last. I bought these for my mom's dermal piercing and she has already lost 3 of them in a short period of time. She can only keep them in place for a few days before they become unscrewed and fall off. I can't really recommend these as they don't stay put and you just have to keep putting new ones in every few days. The insertion is also pretty tricky, but that could be more because my nails are long. I bought some special tweezers to grab them and twist them on the dermal post.

I kept having to go to a shop 30 minutes away to have a piercer change the top of my dermal because I simply couldn’t get to it myself with others I ordered . I’ve had my dermal for 9 years so it has sunk a bit making it harder to top off . She tells me no charge but I pay her anyway and I’m very happy to actually get ones I can do myself . Not all I can but some of these I can work with . Very happy !

It's great quality from what I'm experiencing so far, and my only complaint is that the screw is too long for my hole hahah. Definitely need a little grippy thing to steady the post into the hole!
